They jump from one fad diet to the next and really make zero progress and more times than not, go backward. Keto, failed, carnivore, failed, intermittent fasting, failed, the list goes on and on. They eventually start cutting back on the foods they love, doing excessive amounts of cardio, going to the gym 6-7 days a week, and in reality, digging themselves into a deeper hole compared to where they started.
